difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations

yupp..it is....now from 3 months extend to 6 months ... received news from office..immediately enforced... 4th mate must done 6 months on board before can be promoted to 3rd mate.... for me..this is a good things...even thought there were so many speculations ..but for me..its give me more time to learn before i hold big responsibilities as 3rd mate.. even thought that i really confident to hold the responsibilities as 3rdmate right now..but this is the road and the path...so follow the flow and take the chance to learn and be more better....
